As the personal trainer who I holding the certificate for and also the editor for a well known fitness site-FitnessGear101, there are many stories I have heard on why people don’t willing to do exercise. Nevertheless, only one excuse that everybody mentioned is they don’t have time.
Everyday, there is at least one of my clients, who simply believe that he doesn’t have time for exercise. However, there are thousand of clients who have been working so hard on their diets, workout hardly, do exercise for hours and hours every day even swear off alcohol – gasp – and chocolate – double gasp! So, don’t give me that bull! People not dare to do exercise, that is because they think that they don’t have to spend an hour in Gym. The daily walk and healthy nutrients is a must for those people who want to keep their weight off.
How easy it will be to be fit, brief the walks into your daily activity.
1) Go for a 30-minute walk, instead of sitting in front of the TV watching your brand new episode of the series you like. Or doing some sits up or move your body while you watching TV.
2) Stay on your feet during the game.
3) Listen to the book-on-tape, instead of a book so you can walk with it. Don’t have to sit and read the book.
4) Instead of a splendid brunch with the girls, try a quick 30-minute walk with your BFF.
5) Remember when people used to “run” errands? Well many of us still take that term literally. The next time you need a quart of milk, walk to the local grocer.
6) You can go for a walk during your lunch break, or go for a work out , or even take a quick walk around the office block. By doing this, it will give you an energy to keep you up the whole afternoon. No need the coffee for the whole afternoon.
7) Take a stair, instead of using the elevator. You will burn some calories during climbling up the stair. Try to use the stair everywhere- your apartment, your office, or in the department store.
8) It’s always sardonic that those who drive around the parking lot looking for the spot to park your car, there are often the most overweight. The space in the further away is always empty and always there for you. You’ll be put your extra calories on fire bylugging your groceries back to the car.
9) Have you ever heard the phrase “hurry up and wait!”? Well it’s not just a humorous comment it’s a great chance to keep moving. Next time you’re waiting in a long lineup do a little stretching, pace the floor don’t take a chair
10) If you have no time to exercise, chances are you wont ever have time to clean your house either. House works –are counted as doing exercise such as dusting, vacuuming, shoveling and raking – is multitasking because.
